Hands-on group training metallic epoxy (3 days)

An overview of the course planning:

Day 1:

08:00 - 08:30: Registration and Welcome

Participants are welcomed and registered. Introduction of instructors and overview of the training program.

08:30 - 09:30: Introduction to Metallic Epoxy Design Flooring

Basic concepts of metallic epoxy floor design, including materials and applications.
Discussion of safety precautions and guidelines for use.

09:30 - 10:30: Workspace Preparation

Instruction on organizing and preparing the work area. Demonstration of safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.

10:30 - 10:45: Coffee and tea break

10:45 - 12:30: Practical Demonstration and Hands-on Exercises

Step-by-step demonstration on how to make a metallic epoxy floor. Participants will have the opportunity to practice hands-on themselves under instructor guidance.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch Break

Lunch will be provided for all participants, including refreshments.

13:30 - 15:00: Application of Sanding, Primer and Basecoat

Instructions on how to correctly sand the substrate and apply primer and basecoat.
Practical exercises and guidance on how to perform these steps.

15:00 - 15:15: Short Break

15:15 - 17:00: Design and Top Coat Application

Discussion of design options and techniques for top coat application. Hands-on exercises to explore and apply different design methods.

Day 2:

Review of key concepts and techniques from Day 1

Day 3:

08:00 - 12:30: Practical Application and Finishing Touches

Advanced techniques for creating complex designs and textures. Individual guidance and feedback on how to perform floor projects.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch Break

13:30 - 16:30: Problem solving and Q&A session

Discussion of common problems and challenges in making metallic epoxy floors. Opportunity for participants to ask questions and discuss specific situations.

16:30 - 17:00: Evaluation and Closing

Evaluation of the training and feedback from participants. Presentation of any certificates or course materials. The fact that food and drinks are included allows participants to stay comfortable throughout the intensive training days.
