Hands-on GROUP training general epoxy (1 day)

An overview of the course planning:

08:00 - 08:30: Registration and Welcome

Participants arrive and are registered. Welcome and introduction of instructors and training program.

08:30 - 09:30: Introduction to Metallic Epoxy Design Flooring

Basic concepts and principles of metallic epoxy floor design. Discussion of materials, tools and safety precautions.

09:30 - 10:30: Workspace Preparation

Instructions for efficiently organizing and preparing the work space. Safety protocols and personal protective equipment.

10:30 - 10:45: Coffee and tea break

10:45 - 12:30: Practical Demonstration: Floor Making

Step-by-step demonstration on making 2.5 sq. ft. floors. Instructions on how to correctly measure, cut, and place flooring materials.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch Break

Lunch will be provided to all participants, including refreshments.

13:30 - 15:00: Sanding, Masking, and Primer

Demonstration of sanding techniques and surface preparation. Practical exercises in masking edges and surfaces. Instructions on applying primer and base coat.

15:00 - 15:15: Short Break

15:15 - 16:30: Design and Top Coat Application

Discussion of design options and techniques for metallic epoxy floors. Demonstration of top coat application for durability and gloss. Hands-on exercises and guided practice.

16:30 - 17:00: Questions, Evaluation and Closing

Opportunity for participants to ask questions and provide feedback. Evaluation of the training and suggestions for further improvements. Distribution of any certificates or course materials. Please note that the training may take slightly longer than planned, depending on participants' needs and progress. Food and drinks are included to ensure participants are comfortable learning and practicing throughout the day.
